In our Product team, Technical Account Management plays a key role in ensuring partner success on our RSOC Feed (Related Search for Content). This includes managing relationships with our publishers, supporting them through onboarding, and providing technical guidance to integrate and optimize RSOC solutions for their media buying activities. The role involves troubleshooting tracking and implementation issues, ensuring smooth data flow for reporting and revenue generation, and working closely with partners to maximize performance and maintain long-term trust.

We are looking for a freelancer to support our team either full or part-time.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical onboarding of new partners, ensuring smooth and efficient integrations.

  • Support partners in configuring and validating tracking solutions (S2S / Postback, API, pixel, etc.).

  • Troubleshoot and resolve tracking, landing page, and other technical issues.

  • Monitor partner performance, with a focus on invalid traffic detection and fraud prevention.

  • Guide partners in the effective use of our compliance technology to maintain quality standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in a relevant field or equivalent work experience (e.g. technical account management, operations, product management, it, etc.)

  • You communicate goal-oriented and professionally with different stakeholders and customers (B2B) in English (C1)

  • Logical thinking comes natural to you – if A is true then B doesn‘t make any sense

  • Attention to detail – your hawk eye can spot something out of place from a mile away and you get a rush when the sums in two systems match

  • You have technical affinity and a willingness to learn - servers, APIs and databases don’t scare you

  • Working with numbers and data (particularly in Excel/GoogleSheets and online third party interfaces) is something you have experience with and you enjoy doing this
